Location

The holiday village enjoys an excellent location on the southern Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea as it is just above the famous King's Beach, 2 km north of the ancient town of Sozopol and 35 km south of the city of Bourgas, where Bourgas Airport is located. The closest public transport is only a few minutes' walk away. Varna Airport is approximately 150 km from the hotel.

In addition to 55 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 249 suites, 396 apartments and 386 studios. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A wide range of sports and activities are offered at the complex, such as beach volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and horse riding. The complex offers a range of indoor sporting activities, for example a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards and handball. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.
